  I needed a custom cake bakery for my son's first birthday cake. The pictures looked great online and the sample cakes above their case in the shop also looked great. Despite the seemingly busy and scattered nature of the help and shop owners I decided to order my cake from them. Needless to say this was a bad experience. In short:
  They didn't communicate pricing when they said they would. I had to hound them to make sure there would be enough time to order the cake.
  My cake was 1 1/2 hours late. Part of the structure was supposed to be 50/50 cake and rice crispies but without letting me know they changed this and just decided that giving me a second cake would be ok.
  The main structural element of the cake was lopsided. When we cut into the cake itself, both the cake flavors and fillings were wrong!!!!!
  
  To top things off, never in any of the multiple conversations that were had with them did anyone at the shop advise that payment was by cash only. This would not have been a problem except that the cake being 1 1/2 hours late made it impossible to get cash in time before the party.
  
  I could not in good conscience recommend this cake shop to anyone looking for a custom cake or for a professional bakery experience.

  The atmosphere when you first walk in is amazing followed by the best customer service I've seen in a long time!!! Cakes are almost too pretty and perfect to eat but when you do they are delicious and moist with the best butter cream frosting to die for. Highly recommended!

  Royalty cakes has become my go to cake place for the last 6 years. They have watched my daughter grow, made every single birthday wedding bridal/baby shower cake for my family. They have brilliant customer service and sure know how to make you feel loved and most importantly like family and not just a number. I'll probably be in next month for another order! I love you guys! If your looking for A+ customer service, amazing cakes, great artists & a cake that will create life long memory for that special person or yourself, check them out! ❤️
